1 Product Introduction

1.1 Product Overview

APView400Online monitoring device for power quality of new energy generation systemWe use a high-performance multi-core platform and embedded operating system to measure various power quality indicators in accordance with the measurement methods specified in IEC61000-4-30 "Testing and Measurement Techniques - Power Quality Measurement Methods". It integrates functions such as harmonic analysis, waveform sampling, voltage sag/sag/interruption, flicker monitoring, voltage imbalance monitoring, event recording, and measurement control. The device meets the national standard A requirements in terms of standardization of power quality index parameter measurement methods, measurement accuracy of index parameters, clock synchronization, event alarm functions, etc. It can meet the requirements of power quality monitoring for 35kV and below power supply systems and is widely used for power quality monitoring in industries such as chemical, steel, metallurgy, hospitals, data centers, transportation and construction.

High performance hardware platform

The device adopts a dual ARM core processor based on Xilinx SoC architecture. ARM1 runs embedded Linux, TCP/IP protocol, HTTP protocol, web server, and stores, statistics, and analyzes power quality data. ARM2 is used for data sampling and power quality data calculation. The device samples up to 1024 points per cycle and has high measurement accuracy to accurately record fault waveforms. Using a 32GB industrial grade large capacity SD card, it can store event records, fault waveforms, and other data for a long time. Featuring a user-friendly human-machine interface, the 800 * 480 pixel dot matrix color large-sized LCD allows users to view real-time waveforms and fault waveforms on-site, facilitating fault analysis.

Two RS485 serial communication interfaces, supporting Modbus RTU protocol and IRIG-B timing mode;

2. Power quality monitoring system

2.1 Networking Mode

The system connects the APView400 power quality online monitoring device to the gateway through a network cable. The gateway can be networked through wired or wireless means to upload data to the monitoring platform for centralized management of charging and swapping stations. 【 It is suggested to change it to facilitate centralized management of user stations 】

2.2 Harmonic analysis

As a national standard requirement test item, harmonics can be viewed by users through real-time frequency spectra of monitoring points 2-63 harmonics and 0.5-62.5th harmonics, and historical curves of each harmonic can be viewed by date. High harmonics will lead to a decrease in the power factor of the point system, reduce the utilization rate of the power grid, and increase the heat loss of connectors, posing safety hazards.

2.3 Event Analysis

The platform provides users with an overview of monitoring point events, including 141 types of steady-state crossing events, transient events, and transient event records. There are 136 steady-state events, 3 transient times, and 2 transient events. Event information includes the triggering time, event type, triggering channel, characteristic amplitude, and duration of the event. Users can query and export events according to their needs.

ITIC/SEMIF47 tolerance curve analysis can be provided for voltage transients, voltage dips, and short-term interruptions. Users can also view the waveform of the event that triggered the alarm, with an accuracy of 1024 points per cycle.

2.4 Trend analysis

Users can view the load curve and historical trend curves of voltage, current, voltage deviation, imbalance, flicker, etc. at monitoring points through the platform.

The system can generate a power quality diagnosis report based on the statistical analysis of the power quality situation at monitoring points.
