In order to meet the real-time online continuous/sampling measurement of the O2 content value of the sample gas composition, grasp the operation of the equipment, and implement automatic regulation, our company has carried out targeted design based on the operating parameters and requirements provided by your company. The technical solution provided is as follows:
The SPZY-5400 gas analyzer is a carefully designed electrical instrument equipment specifically designed for online continuous/sampling detection of gas composition. High reliability, equipped with world-class analyzer sensors, as well as advanced measurement technology and sophisticated sampling pre-processing combination, its characteristics are complete functionality, safety and reliability, low maintenance, easy operation, and long service life.

Sample purification pretreatment unit: a special filter component is used to thoroughly purify the sample gas, removing dust particles and acid mist from the sample gas; Composed of dryers, fine filters, etc. to complete fine level purification treatment; The sample is composed of a flow controller and other components for gas extraction and stable pressure and flow operation. Ensure that the sample gas undergoes a series of steps including purification, dust removal, dehumidification, pressure stabilization, and flow stabilization, with a filtration accuracy of up to 0.1 μ m. ◆ Installation and wiringThe installation work of this system mainly includes the installation of sampling pipelines and analysis cabinets. The environmental conditions should meet the requirements of normal sampling and normal working conditions in the technical characteristics. Only by using this system in the designated environment can the safe operation and normal functioning of the system be guaranteed.
Installation of analysis cabinetThe analysis cabinet should be installed on the ground, and the mechanical vibration at the installation location should be negligible.
The large components (such as analytical instruments) inside the analysis cabinet are disassembled and packaged separately. When installing, refer to the system analysis flowchart, assembly diagram of the analysis cabinet, and electrical wiring diagram.

Grounding:In order to ensure safe operation and avoid electromagnetic interference, the analysis cabinet is reliably grounded through the grounding terminal, with a grounding resistance of less than 4W.
◆ Wiring:Referring to the electrical wiring diagram, the wiring terminals inside the analysis cabinet electrical box need to be externally connected or interconnected during on-site installation, and all other electrical circuits should be connected before leaving the factory. Before the system is put into operation, the external electrical circuits should be connected correctly and the connections on each component should be checked for looseness or detachment.

3.3 Acceptance
1. Equipment acceptance standards and acceptance procedures
(1) Final acceptance location: Designated location by Party A:
(2) Acceptance procedure: Within 3 days of the arrival of the goods, Party A shall open the box for acceptance according to the technical agreement attachment. If Party A does not raise any written objections within one week, it shall be deemed that the equipment has been accepted as qualified.
2. Installation, debugging, acceptance standards and acceptance procedures
(1) Final acceptance location: designated by Party A;
(2) Acceptance procedure: Within 3 days after the system installation and debugging are completed, Party A shall conduct acceptance inspection; The acceptance adopts the method of input standard gas inspection. If the error between the instrument measurement and the standard gas concentration value is within ± 2% FS, it is considered to be qualified for acceptance; System acceptance is qualified; The first party shall sign and take effect on the "On site Service Confirmation Form"; If Party A fails to sign and raise any written doubts within one week after the system installation and debugging are completed, it shall be deemed that the system acceptance is qualified.
3.4Open box inspection
The first party confirms that the unpacked goods have arrived at the unpacking site, prepares the necessary space, tools, and manpower for unpacking, and prepares the storage location for the equipment after unpacking. Notify Party B of the specific unboxing time, location, and on-site preparation, and notify other relevant personnel (such as inspection personnel). Upon receiving notification from Party A, Party B shall dispatch personnel to the site within the specified time. Confirm the storage conditions and environment of on-site equipment. Both parties jointly inspect the external packaging of the equipment and confirm that it has not been opened. Both parties will open and inspect each box individually. Confirm the quantity and model of the equipment based on the packing list, inspect the appearance of the equipment, and record the results of the unpacking inspection.
Both parties shall finally fill in the report on the unpacking acceptance results and sign it.
4、 Packaging, transportation, and storage
(1) Requirements for packaging and transportationResponsible for the packaging and transportation of the system. If any equipment damage occurs during the packaging and transportation process, the manufacturer shall bear full responsibility.
1. Purpose
To avoid damage caused by equipment during transportation and storage, and ensure the safety of the equipment before installation.
2. Packaging method
Based on the characteristics of the goods and the packaging and transportation features of the industry. Choose wooden box packaging type and ensure that the goods are intact and easy to ship during transportation and storage.
Closed packaging: A form of packaging equipment in a closed wooden box made of wooden boards, suitable for equipment with moisture-proof, anti-corrosion requirements or high precision and value.
3. Packaging label: Clear, conspicuous, standardized, specific format and content shall be provided to Xi'an Daojing Instrument Co., Ltd. based on the premise of the owner's shipment.
4. Transportation
During the storage and transportation of goods or equipment, wooden crate packaging should be chosen to prevent damage or injury.
For equipment, its packaging is sturdy and has the function of preventing compression and collision.
The equipment is transported by car to the user's designated destination, and its packaging takes into account shock resistance.
The packaging label is obvious, the handwriting is clear and easy to distinguish, and it can be stored in sunlight for 6 months without fading.
(2) Storage requirementsThe manufacturer shall submit storage system requirements in writing to prevent any damage to the system.
1. After the equipment arrives at the site, try to store it in the warehouse as much as possible before opening the box; If the equipment in the warehouse needs to be stored outdoors, it is necessary to pay attention to rain protection.
2. After unpacking the equipment, it must be stored in the warehouse and it is recommended not to place it outdoors easily.
3. Please do not invert the equipment marked on the packaging box.
4. Devices marked with "Handle with Care" on the packaging should not be bumped during storage and transportation.
5. After unpacking, the equipment should be marked with moisture-proof labels, and moisture-proof measures should be taken during storage.
