The use, maintenance, and calibration of industrial online pH meters: Pay attention to the temperature and pressure of the medium when selecting the pH meter electrode probe. During daily use, keep the probe glass bulb clean and calibrate once a week (no more than one month) to ensure the accuracy of measurement results; The method for calibrating Yangjian manufacturer's online industrial pH meter is:

The calibration process is as follows:
1. Press the "SET" button to enter the settings menu, select "1. Electrode Calibration", press "SET" to enter the calibration menu, prompt to enter the pH value of the first calibration point solution, enter pH=6.86 as shown in the following figure:

2. Place the cleaned electrode into a pH 6.86 standard solution, gently stir a few times, wait for the measured value on the second row of the instrument to stabilize, and then press "SET”Press the key to start calibration (you can also press it)Press the "ESC" key to cancel the calibration of this point.
After the first point calibration is completed, the instrument enters the second point calibration.
3. The instrument prompts to enter the pH value of the second point standard solution, which is pH=4.00 (if using a standard solution with pH 9.18, enter pH=9.18), as shown in the following figure:
