1、 Characteristics of one-dimensional mixer
1. This equipment is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, feed, and pesticide industries for mixing dry powder and granular materials. During operation, the loading cylinder rotates around the central axis, commonly known as a one-dimensional mixer. Due to the absence of any shaft type mixing inside the cylinder, there is no concern of sealing material contamination, which meets the requirements of "GMP" and "FAD" specifications.2. The equipment is equipped with a sealed discharge device, which achieves dust-free discharge. The discharge port is equipped with a spiral plate, which allows the material to be basically discharged. The equipment is equipped with a vacuum feeding machine interface, which can be matched with a vacuum feeding machine to achieve automatic feeding.3. The mirror polishing treatment on the inner wall of the cylinder can reduce the flow resistance of materials. The scraper welded on the inner wall of the cylinder is ingeniously designed to force the material to move in multiple directions and mix thoroughly, improving the uniformity of material mixing.4. The transmission system operates flexibly, using variable frequency speed regulation, and the cylinder can be adjusted for positioning in both forward and reverse directions.5.
