Detection Principle

On site, a static pressure box is formed using sealing plates, enclosure structures, and external windows. The air supply system extracts or blows air from the static pressure box to create a positive or negative pressure difference on both sides of the detection object. The pressure difference is measured through a measuring hole in the static pressure box, and an appropriate number of nozzles are arranged on the outside of the external window for water tightness testing.

Water tightness testing is divided into stable pressurization method and fluctuation pressurization method. The engineering inspection in tropical storm and typhoon areas where the project is located should use the wave pressure method; The stable pressure method can be used for grading testing and engineering testing in non tropical storm and typhoon areas where the project is located.
