1、 Overview of Pneumatic High Temperature Control Valve Products
The ZJHP/M-GW pneumatic high-temperature regulating valve of Shanghai Yuhu Company consists of a multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a low flow resistance high-temperature regulating valve body. The multi spring actuator has low height, light weight, and simple equipment. The flow channel of the pneumatic high-temperature regulating valve body is S-shaped, which has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy maintenance. It can be used in harsh working conditions. Pneumatic high-temperature control valves equipped with electric pneumatic valve positioning or pneumatic valve positioners can achieve automatic regulation and control of fluid media in process pipelines. Pneumatic high-temperature regulating valves are widely used to precisely control process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level, etc. of gases, liquids, steam, and other media to maintain them at given values. Pneumatic high-temperature regulating valves are particularly suitable for situations where the allowable leakage is small, the pressure difference before and after the valve is not large, and the temperature is high.
