1、 Introduction
Oil spectrum analyzerIt can quickly and accurately determine the content of up to 31 elements in oil. It can be used for monitoring the wear and tear of machinery and equipment, as well as for quality control and screening/identification of various oil products including fuel oil. It is easy to operate and has low maintenance costs.Oil spectrum analyzerIt can achieve quantitative and qualitative detection of wear elements, pollution elements, and additive elements.
2、 Working principle
Using a rotating graphite disk electrode for the detection of lubricating oil in use, the domestic standard is NB/SH/T0865, and the standard is ASTMD6595. The use of atomic emission spectroscopy is the same as all other atomic emission spectroscopy, consisting of an excitation source that provides energy, an injection system, an optical system for spectroscopy, and a detection system for signal detection.
3、 Typical applications
1Oil and fluid monitoring
1) Quickly assess the lubrication and wear status of various key oil equipment, including engines, gearboxes, and hydraulic stations.
The testing content includes:
(1) The wear status of equipment: the composition and concentration of various wear metals.
(2)The pollution status of oil: the composition and concentration of pollutant elements.
(3) The aging state of oil: the composition and concentration of additive elements (additive residues).
2. Lubricating grease testing
1) Daily monitoring of lubricating grease usage
2)New lipid monitoring
During the process of adding lubricating grease, if it is grade 0 or below, it can be directly added. If it is grade 1, 2 or higher, with a relatively high viscosity, it can be dissolved and evenly distributed in white oil (i.e. grade 0 standard oil), or evenly applied to the disc electrode. Lubricating grease testing is used in the steel and wind power industries.
