1、 System Introduction

2、 System composition

Industrial oil monitoring system23 mainly consists of two functional modules, one is the portable motion viscosity meter Minivisc3050, and the other is the portable oil state monitoring instrument FluidScan 1000.

For engine oil, the main testing items are moisture TBN、 Oxidation degree, nitrification degree, sulfurization degree, etc.

For gear oil, the main testing items include compressor oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, etc., including moisture content, acid value, and oxidation degree.

Another functional module: Mini-VISC-Q3050: portable motion viscometer.
