The SR-6 petroleum and synthetic liquid emulsion resistance tester complies with the GB/T7305 "Determination of Water Separability of Petroleum and Synthetic Liquids" and GB/T7605 "Determination of Emulsification Degree of Steam Turbine Oil in Operation" standards, and is used to determine the ability of petroleum and synthetic liquids to separate from water. It can be widely used in departments such as power, petroleum, chemical, railway, aviation, commercial inspection, and scientific research.
SR-6Oil and synthetic liquid emulsion resistance testerIt complies with the standards of GB/T7305 "Determination of Water Separability of Petroleum and Synthetic Liquids" and GB/T7605 "Determination of Emulsification Degree of Running Turbine Oil", and is used to determine the ability of petroleum and synthetic liquids to separate from water. It can be widely used in departments such as power, petroleum, chemical, railway, aviation, commercial inspection, and scientific research.
working principle
Oil and synthetic liquid emulsion resistance testerUnder the conditions specified in the national standard GB/T 7305, place the sample into a measuring cylinder and heat the water bath to 54 ℃± 1 ℃ (for viscous oils, heat to 82 ℃± 1 ℃) while maintaining a constant temperature. Press the instrument start button, and the stirring blade will automatically descend to a distance of 6mm from the bottom of the measuring cylinder. The stirring blade will start stirring and continue for 5 minutes before automatically stopping and lifting. At the same time, the instrument timer will start counting. After the sample is separated, press the instrument confirmation button to stop timing and end the experiment.
