working principle
The sample is heated to 25, 50, or 75 ℃, and compressed air at 25, 50, or 75 ℃ is blown into the sample to vigorously stir it, causing the air to form small bubbles in the sample, known as mist air. After stopping the air, record the time when the volume of mist air in the sample decreases to 0.2%. The air release value is the time required for the volume of mist air in the sample to decrease to 0.2% under the specified conditions of this method, which is the time for bubble separation.
