After sales service
Within one week after receiving notification from the user and confirming that the experimental site is fully prepared, relevant personnel will be dispatched to the user's location for free installation, debugging, and on-site training. The warranty period starts from the date when the technical service personnel install and debug the equipment, and is valid for 12 months (excluding consumables). If there is a quality problem with the instrument, respond within 2 hours after receiving notification from the user; General issues should be resolved within 24-48 hours after arrival at the site. In case of instrument problems during the warranty period, the company will bear all costs when technicians go to the user's location for repairs. Responsible for paid maintenance beyond 12 months, with the after-sales technical engineer at the office providing convenient on-site service.
