• Product ingredients：Each liter of culture medium contains 4.5g soy peptone, 14.0g anhydrous magnesium chloride (29.0g hexahydrate magnesium chloride), 8g sodium chloride, 0.4g dipotassium phosphate, 0.6g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.036g malachite green, and a pH value of 5.2 ± 0.2 (25 ℃).

• Testing principle：Soy peptone serves as a basic nutrient in the culture medium, providing the necessary carbon source, nitrogen source, vitamins, and some minerals for bacterial growth; Magnesium chloride provides the necessary ions; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Phosphates serve as buffering agents for the culture medium. Malachite green can inhibit the growth of non Salmonella bacteria.

• Usage：Weigh 27.5 grams of this product, add it to 1000mL of distilled water, heat and boil to dissolve, divide into small packages, sterilize under high pressure at 115 ℃ for 20 minutes, and set aside for later use.
