• Usage：Weigh 30.5 grams of this product, add it to 1000ml of distilled water, heat and boil to dissolve, pack separately, and sterilize under high pressure at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes for later use.

• quality control：Prepare the culture medium according to the label instructions, inoculate the following quality control strains, and incubate at 20-25 ℃ for 48-72 hours under aerobic conditions.
