Analysis principle

The oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen elements in metal and non-metal solid materials are detected using the principle of inert gas melting. The analysis method is as follows: using inert gas as the carrier gas, high-temperature thermal decomposition is carried out to convert oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen in the sample into CO, N2, and H2. The extracted gas is sent to a non dispersive high-sensitivity infrared detector and a thermal conductivity detector for detection, directly detecting the content of oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen in the sample.

  • Selecting efficient and long-life platinum rhodium alloy precious metal micro infrared light sources and metal reflectors for higher optical efficiency;

  • Can effectively detect ppm level oxygen/hydrogen content;

  • Selecting efficient narrowband infrared filters with good rectangular coefficients, high cut-off depth, high characteristic wavelength transmittance, small bandwidth, and high center wavelength positioning accuracy to better shield interference from other element spectral lines;

  • High precision thermal conductivity detector is selected and operates at room temperature, with a detection rate superior to similar domestic products, meeting the requirements for ultra-low nitrogen content analysis.

  • The infrared optical principle is used to detect hydrogen elements, which can work under helium conditions and truly achieve simultaneous detection of oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen;

  • Each infrared detection device has an independent constant temperature control device, which heats up faster and controls temperature more accurately.

  • The gas path adopts a parallel design, and each element of the gas path has an independent flow control device, which provides more accurate control and facilitates instrument operators to perform instrument leak detection.
