2、 Selection and usage points

scene adaptation

Priority is given to small ovens, heat sealing machines, mold heating, semiconductor auxiliary equipment, etc. It achieves contactless temperature control through SSR drive, reducing interference and maintenance.
Not suitable for complex systems that require heating wire breakage detection, multi zone linkage, or communication networking (E5CC/E5EC series should be selected).

Installation and wiring

Panel opening 45 × 45mm, fixed with snap spring, depth ≤ 60mm, suitable for compact electrical cabinets.
Thermocouple input distinguishes polarity, and cold end compensation is required for wiring; Control the output to connect to the positive pole of SSR and the negative pole to the load to avoid reverse connection and burning.
The torque of the terminal screw is 0.44-0.90N · m. It is recommended to use crimping terminals to prevent loosening.
