OMEC European and American Laser Particle Size Analyzer - DP-02 TypeIt is specifically designed for measuring the particle size distribution of fog droplets, with an open measurement interval of variable distance. The instrument can change its structure according to the application site conditions, such as placing the light source emitter and detector on an integrated guide rail or truss, or placing them separately on independent countertops or mobile devices to meet the testing needs of different application scenarios. The new version of DP-02 spray particle size analyzer can be equipped with guide rails and accessories related to auxiliary collimation devices to assist users in rapid instrument erection and optical collimation, shorten the instrument preparation time, and further ensure the reliability of test results.
Purpose:Measure the particle size distribution of liquid spray or atomized powder.
Working Principle:By utilizing the scattering phenomenon of particles on light, the instrument calculates the particle size distribution of the measured particles by measuring the distribution of scattered light energy and inverting it based on the Mie scattering theory.

Product Features:
1. Specially designed for the parallel light path of spray particle size measurement, the instrument structure can be changed according to the application site conditions.
2. Optional auxiliary collimation device accessories can quickly achieve instrument alignment, combined with an automatic centering mechanism to complete instrument preparation work in a very short time.
3. The light source adopts a 2mW 0.6328um He Ne gas laser emitter, which has the advantages of good monochromaticity, high coherence, small divergence angle, and strong stability.
4. Adopting an integrated laser emitter design effectively reduces the impact of thermal deformation of the laser tube and external mechanical vibration on the stability of the instrument.
5. It includes manual fine-tuning and intelligent automatic centering functions, achieving fast and accurate optical centering and ensuring measurement repeatability.
6. Universal 82mm UV lens protection device is optional to avoid possible pollution of spray to the main optical components of the instrument, which is easy to clean and replace.
7. Randomly attached disc standard samples can be used to calibrate and verify the instrument at any time.
