1.Equipment features: It consists of a suspension chamber, a cooler (heater), and a circulating pump. The cooler (heater) is generally a one-way tubular cooler (heater). The hot and concentrated feed solution is added before the circulation pump, mixed with the circulating mother liquor, and cooled (heated) by a cooler to produce supersaturation. The key to operation is to keep this supersaturation in the metastable zone to avoid spontaneous nucleation. The product suspension is drawn out from the bottom of the crystallizer.
2.Scope of application: Suitable for crystallization operations of materials such as ammonium chloride, sodium acetate, sodium thiosulfate, potassium nitrate, silver nitrate, copper sulfate, magnesium sulfate, nickel sulfate, etc.
