The equilibrium moisture content of PA6 in the atmosphere is 3% (23 ℃, 50%). After injection molding by an injection molding machine, it is in a dry state, and the impact strength is reduced to less than 1/10, which is the reason for the cracking or even rupture of the product. The traditional treatment method in the past was to soak nylon injection molded products in hot water (95 ℃, 75 minutes), but this method not only has unstable product quality, but also has many problems to solve, such as the attachment of pollutants to the finished product and the treatment of discharged water.
