Why is it necessary to perform forced water absorption and humidity control treatment on nylon plastic parts?
Basically, nylon resin has hygroscopicity, and after water absorption and humidity control treatment, it can improve the dimensional stability and impact strength of the product.
For example, the equilibrium moisture content of PA6 in the atmosphere is 3.5% (23 ℃, 50% RH). After injection molding, it is in a dry state, and the impact strength drops to less than 1/10, causing cracking or even rupture of the product.
The traditional treatment method in the past was to soak the molded product in hot water (90 ℃, 45 minutes), but this method not only has unstable product quality, but also has many problems to solve, such as the attachment of pollutants to the finished product and the treatment of discharged water. If the Beili Annealing System is used, these problems can be easily solved.
