Suitable for the collection, transportation, and storage of venous blood samples for nucleic acid testing, as well as sample processing before analysis. Clinically, it is mainly used for nucleic acid (mainly including HBV DNA, HCV, HIV RNA) amplification testing. This type of blood collection tube additive is EDTA.K2 and separation gel. The use of EDTA.K2 does not affect the activity of Taq enzyme in nucleic acid detection experiments, and the separation gel can effectively eliminate the interference of hemoglobin in red blood cells on nucleic acid detection experiments. The separated specimens can be stored at -80 ℃ for freezing. This product has no DNA enzyme, RNA enzyme, or pyrogen, and is sterilized with cobalt-60.
