The nuclear protection suppression vehicle cab is a perfect nuclear protection shielding and centralized defense system, which has shielding and protection effects in environments with high doses of nuclear radiation below 1Sv/h, or in the event of nuclear explosions or nuclear terrorism. It is a mobile on-board equipment for emergency response, personnel safety rescue, and nuclear accident emergency rescue, meeting the nuclear protection shielding requirements of personnel and equipment, achieving maximum residence time and on-site work time. The nuclear radiation shielding cab is professionally applied in nuclear related forces, nuclear military industry, nuclear emergency response, and personnel rescue. Internally equipped with an anti nuclear radiation operation monitoring system.

It is mainly developed and produced from the cab's nuclear pollution protection shielding capability, centralized prevention system, nuclear hazardous environment monitoring and early warning system, nuclear level purification and human life support system. It is technically difficult. It adopts top-level design, modular design and realizes the progressiveness and key technologies of this series of products.

1. Technical indicators

(1) The protection level shall be implemented according to the standard of ultra-high radiation zone: less than or equal to 1Sv/h (external radiation protection), nuclear protection shielding;

(2) Concentration of radioactive aerosols in the air: less than or equal to 4X108Bq/m3, protected from internal exposure, and equipped with a centralized protection system.

2. progressiveness of technology

1) The anti nuclear radiation operation monitoring system consists of three monitoring points (one environmental level gamma probe in the cab and two protective level radiation probes on the roof), one monitoring system host and computer management system, and a duty room monitoring system.

Adopting advanced radiation monitoring equipment and sensitive detectors, it has online real-time monitoring function.

(4) Measurement error: ≤± 10% (1.2Mev, Co-60)

(5) Energy response: 50Kev-20MeV, angular response: greater than 50%

(6) Operating environment: Temperature range of -40 ℃ to+50 ℃, relative humidity (at 40 ℃) ≤ 98%

(7) Measurement units: μ Gy/h, μ Sv/h, Sv can be converted with buttons

(8) Alarm threshold can be set: 0.25 μ Gy/h to 10 Gy/h

Design that can be added according to application requirements: monitoring points package monitoring data and send it to the duty room through WIFI. Establish wireless network communication connection between management personnel and on-site operators, so that the operators and management personnel in the cockpit can timely understand the environmental quality, make timely work arrangements or nuclear emergency and rescue work in case of accidents.

3. Internal irradiation protection: There are two designs of centralized protection system and gas cylinder positive pressure system to ensure the filtration of aerosols and iodine in the air and the ventilation of the cab. Ensure that personnel are not contaminated with radioactive aerosols in the environment at a concentration of 4X108Bq/m3. Technical performance:

Airflow: greater than 200m3/h; System resistance: less than 500Pa;

Continuous operation time: 1200 hours;

Aerosol filtration efficiency: greater than 99.99% (0.3um);

Iodine filtration efficiency: greater than 98%;

Gas cylinder system: pipeline system, gas supply system;

Equipped with one cold and hot air conditioner with 1.5 horsepower.

4. Internally carried out cockpit gamma ray (0.661Mev, 1.33Mev) radiation shielding technology and structural optimization design, selected and combined protective materials, reinforced cockpit radiation shielding, and ensured the one-time residence time of personnel required by users.
