1.MS1510BOnline moisture testing transmitter

Install the MS1510B moisture sensor antenna and connector directly at 10cm above and below the conveyor belt with a constant flow rate. Install the transmitter at a suitable location within 6 meters of the conveyor belt. The transmitter outputs a standard signal of 0-20mA and is connected to the L-BD3m moisture measurement and control device through a cable. The measuring and controlling device can be installed in the instrument room or other indoor locations.

After calibration, the instrument can be tested. Online calibration devices should be installed in important occasions.

A conveyor belt with significant flow fluctuations must be equipped with a BD6201-X-ray densitometer for end face density correction. If the user already has a nuclear scale or electronic belt scale, their instantaneous flow signal can also be used as correction. The standard requirement for flow signal is 4-20 or 0-20mA. Accuracy ± 1.5%
