(1)Input voltage protection:When the input power supply is under voltage, unbalanced, or out of phase, the corresponding protection circuit in the control box will activate, cutting off the high voltage output and prompting an alarm on the screen.

(2)Overvoltage protection:It can be set arbitrarily. When the output voltage value of the complete set of equipment reaches the protection setting value, the output will be automatically cut off and an alarm will be prompted on the screen.

(3)Short circuit (overcurrent) protection:When the output of the frequency conversion cabinet is short circuited or the output current reaches the protection setting value, the output can be automatically cut off and an alarm will be prompted on the screen.

(4)Breakdown flashover protection:When discharge or ground flashover occurs on the high voltage side, the output can be automatically cut off.

(5)Zero protection:The voltage must be boosted from zero, otherwise the output will not start.

(6)Power failure protection:When the input power suddenly loses power, the system uses the remaining power in the circuit to promptly shut down the output signal, ensuring the safe shutdown of the system.

(7)Overtemperature protection:The air temperature at the entrance and exit is displayed on the screen in real-time, and the data is processed by the microcontroller according to the different ambient temperatures. If the variable frequency cabinet exceeds the temperature limit, an alarm message will be issued.

(8)Cooling fan linkage protection:When the fan fails to operate due to a malfunction, the variable frequency power supply cannot start orAutomatic cut-offOutput. At the same time, it has the function of automatically identifying the phase sequence of the fan power supply, without the need for phase replacement.

(9)loseVoltage limit function protection:When setting the high voltage, during the experiment, ensure that the output voltage does not exceed the set high voltage in case of misoperation or abnormal situations.
