Overview:

The blind spot free series quartz glass tube level gauge is designed specifically for situations where blind spots are not allowed at both ends of the level gauge. The visible length of this series of liquid level gauges is equal to the center distance, and it can achieve full range blind spot display, as well as single color, vapor red liquid green dual color, and green, red, and blue three color display. It has the advantages of clear display, simple structure, high temperature resistance, long service life, easy installation, operation, and maintenance, and adjustable visual direction and center distance. This series of products is widely used to measure the liquid level or boundary position of various media in containers in industrial fields such as petroleum and chemical engineering.

Structural principle:

The blind spot free series quartz glass tube level gauge mainly consists of components such as quartz glass tube, body, upper and lower valves, and drain valve. The upper and lower valves adopt right angle needle valves, which have good pressure resistance and sealing performance. The flange of the liquid level gauge is connected to the flange on the container to form a connector, which uses the principle of the connector and the optical principle of natural light transmission, refraction, and reflection in the liquid to display the liquid level or boundary position. The visual direction and center distance of this series of liquid level gauges can be adjusted.

Scope of application:

UGDW type blind spot monochrome quartz glass tube level gauge is used to measure the liquid level of opaque liquids or darker colored liquids.

UGSW type blind spot free dual color quartz glass tube liquid level gauge is used to measure the liquid level of colorless transparent liquids or lighter colored liquids.

The UGJW type blind spot free tri color quartz glass tube boundary position meter is used to measure the boundary position of two colorless transparent liquids or two different colored liquids.
