Overview

The water tank equipment of the Ningxia Zhongwei buried fire integrated pump station is controlled by a fully automatic intelligent controller. The buried box pump integrates and adjusts according to the user's water consumption and the tap water pressure of the pipeline network, and is unmanned. And it adopts a human-machine interface (text, numbers) display, allowing customers to intuitively see the operating status of the equipment.

(1) Stability analysis of pump room. Anti sliding stability, deep sliding (soft foundation), combined sliding surface anti sliding stability (rock foundation), anti floating stability.

(2) Calculation of foundation bearing capacity, bearing layer, and weak underlying layer. Final settlement calculation.

Determine the foundation treatment plan. I am currently using a combination of cast-in-place piles and cement deep mixing piles in the pump station (for reserve only). Special attention should be paid to the possible liquefaction of soil layers or collapsible loess foundations, which need to be treated! Please pay attention to the foundation issue!



(3) Main structural calculations

Generally, it can be calculated according to a planar structure, and if necessary, it can be calculated according to a spatial structure. Mainly:

A、 The bottom plate is calculated based on elastic foundation beams, taking into account the consideration of edge loads.

B、 The inlet and outlet channels are arranged according to the structure, and the cross-sectional shape is calculated based on a single hole or porous frame structure. When symmetrical, calculations can be made according to the symmetrical framework. Bidirectional flow channels are calculated based on elbow shaped inlet channels and straight pipe outlet channels, respectively.

C、 Machine pier calculation: Consider the influence of dynamic loads. For vertical units, resonance amplitude and dynamic coefficient verification should be carried out based on a single degree of freedom cantilever beam. Horizontal units can only perform vertical amplitude verification. All for large units.

D、 Calculation of scaffolding and crane beams

E、 Seismic calculation, for areas with a basic intensity of 7 degrees or above. Take seismic measures. 5. The design of inlet and outlet structures (1) is related to the local topography, hydrogeology, and engineering geology of the river. Pay attention to slope stability and flow requirements, which need to be calculated. (2) If necessary, conduct hydraulic model experiments to determine the forebay and inlet pool. Generally, it is advisable to move forward and pay attention to the flow state of the water. (3) The inlet and outlet water channels are comprehensively considered based on the pump type, pump room, head, and water level changes in the outlet pool to determine the method of flow interruption.

(4) Water outlet pipeline: foundation, anchor block, pipe type, pipe material, expansion joint, bifurcation pipe, pipeline structure analysis is required. Zhendun needs to undergo calculations for anti sliding, anti tilting stability, and foundation bearing capacity.
