The JJ20H cement mortar mixer is manufactured according to the unified drawings of the Cement Institute of China National Building Materials Institute, and is a standard equipment that complies with the international strength test method (ISO679) implemented in China. It can also replace JC/T722 as a mixer for GB/T17671 cement mortar test method. And it can be used as a grout and mortar mixer for cement testing according to American standards, European standards, and Japanese standards.

1. This machine is equipped with a lifting device.

2. The installation of this machine only requires placing the host on a flat cement platform and placing a layer of 5-8mm thick rubber plate on the bottom surface.

3. The foot pad is installed before the machine leaves the factory. If the height is not consistent, the foot pad nut can be rotated to adjust it.

Operation and usage

Insert the local power plug into a single-phase 220V power socket and turn on the power combination switch. At this time, the touch screen displays a welcome screen indicating that the power is connected. Fill 1350g of standard sand into the sand tank (6), 225g of water and 450g of cement into the mixing pot (3), insert the mixing pot (3) into the positioning hole of the support (26), turn the pot clockwise until it locks, and close the protective door (2).

This system supports two mixing modes: automatic mixing of cement mortar and manual mixing of cement mortar. In the work interface, click the "Settings" button on the touch screen to enter the settings interface, then select the corresponding test mode from the pop-up menu in the "Mixing Test Mode Selection" column, and finally click the "Return" button. The system will return to the work interface of the corresponding mode.
