Maintenance Instructions

1. Before use, carefully check the instrument and glass bottle for any damage, ensure that all interfaces match, and handle with care.

2. Wipe each joint with a soft cloth (can be replaced with a napkin), and then apply a small amount of vacuum grease. After using vacuum grease, be sure to cover it properly to prevent dust and sand from entering.

3. Each interface should not be tightened too tightly, and should be loosened and activated regularly to avoid long-term locking that may cause the connector to bite.

4. First turn on the power switch, then let the machine run from slow to fast. When stopping, make sure the machine is in a stopped state before turning off the switch.

5. The PTFE switches everywhere should not be tightened too tightly, as it may damage the glass.

6. After each use, it is necessary to use a soft cloth to wipe off all kinds of oil stains, dirt, and solvent residues left on the surface of the machine and keep it clean.

7. After stopping the machine, loosen the PTFE switches. Long term static operation will cause deformation of the PTFE piston.

8. Regularly clean the sealing ring by removing it, checking for dirt on the shaft, wiping it clean with a soft cloth, applying a small amount of vacuum grease, and reinstalling it to keep the shaft and sealing ring smooth.

9. The electrical part must not be exposed to water and must not be affected by moisture.

10. It is necessary to purchase authentic original accessories from the factory. Using other accessories indiscriminately can cause fatal damage to the machine.
