Gas breakthrough detection

In the first stage, start the gas supply system, open the second control valve, fourth control valve, and sixth control valve, close the first control valve, third control valve, and fifth control valve, and observe whether the leakage detected by the detection system is greater than the first target value;

In the second stage, turn on the gas supply system, open the first and sixth control valves, close the second, third, fourth, and fifth control valves, and observe whether the leakage detected by the detection system is greater than the second target value;

If the leakage detected by the detection system is not greater than the first target value and not greater than the second target value, then the bipolar plate will not leak gas.

Leakage detection

External leakage detection, open the gas supply system, open the first control valve, second control valve, and third control valve, close the fourth control valve, fifth control valve, and sixth control valve, close the gas source after the target time, and observe the reading on the pressure detection gauge;
