1、 DLC-6 typeNew Standard Asphalt Mixture Centrifugal Rapid Extraction InstrumentInstrument Overview
This instrument is a specialized device for separating all asphalt in asphalt mixtures. It is a new domestic product developed by our factory based on the digestion and absorption of foreign products.
This instrument is mainly used for testing the gradation and asphalt content of asphalt mixtures in road traffic engineering departments and related research and teaching departments of colleges and universities. It is a rapid detection device that separates asphalt from asphalt mixture by centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation of the equipment. It can improve efficiency by 10 times compared to traditional distillation methods and is suitable for construction supervision of road engineering and on-site rapid detection of asphalt mixture manufacturers.
2、 DLC-6 typeNew Standard Asphalt Mixture Centrifugal Rapid Extraction InstrumentMain Features
This instrument adopts stepless speed regulation, which has the advantages of fast separation speed, simple detection engineering, energy saving, stable performance, light weight, small size, and low noise.

4、 Main structure of the instrument
The instrument mainly consists of a base, motor, rotating bowl, collector, electronic control, braking device, etc. During operation, the electrode directly drives the bowl to rotate, generating centrifugal force. The asphalt solution in the bowl, which has been dissolved by the solvent solution, is then thrown out through filter paper, resulting in the separation of asphalt and mineral material for determining its content
