Double disc cutting table: The cutting disc at the bottom of the cutting table adopts a blade edge that has been specially treated to improve wear resistance, extend blade service life, and reduce energy consumption. The cutting height is ≤ 15cm, and it is equipped with a special shaped scraper. The sharp scraper can scrape the cutting edge to pieces, accelerate cutting edge decay, and better protect the tire. The harvester has a strong harvesting ability for fallen crops, and the fallen straw can be harvested as long as it can be transported to the disc by the fork in front of each disc.

Reciprocating cutting table: feeding not in line. Low stubble, suitable for low growing corn crops such as grass and lodging, and can also harvest barley.

Feeding device: consisting of five feeding rollers, the upper front and rear feeding rollers can float to adapt to different feeding amounts, and the lower part has three fixed feeding rollers to flatten the fed straw. The feeding device design integrates feeding and flattening to form a stable feeding flow.

Chop roller mechanism: mainly composed of a chopper drum, a moving blade, a fixed blade, a concave plate device, etc. The design technology of this machine's knife roller is a drum combined blade. The moving blade is arranged in a herringbone shape on the drum, and the blade edge of the moving blade is coated with alloy steel, which is maintenance free, directly reduces power, has good chopping effect, and can continuously ensure cutting quality. The cutting edge of the fixed blade has undergone special treatment and is embedded with hard alloy. Improved wear resistance, reduced power consumption, evenly distributed force when chopping straw, and extended blade lifespan.
