1. Accurate results, sturdy and durable!

Botong Company holds a significant position in grain quality testing and has 30 years of experience in producing near-infrared analyzers. Inframatic 9500 is a model in the Inframatic series, with high accuracy, reliable performance, and durability. It can be used for multiple purposes without the need for additional configuration on the same device. Within one minute, it can simultaneously measure multiple parameters such as moisture, protein, fat, bulk density, starch, and ash content of grain or powder samples.

IM9500 is recognized as a standard for quality testing in grain trading processes in many countries, such as Germany (PTB11.26/13.01) and Australia (NMI 15/1/5).

The IM 9500 adopts industrial standardized design and has innovations and improvements in many areas, resulting in more accurate and stable results that require minimal maintenance.

2. Integrated optical module

The monochromator is fixed with a separate metal module as a whole, which has a sturdy structure that other instruments do not have. The optical path is not affected by vibration and temperature changes, making the instrument more accurate. At the same time, it does not require assembly parts and ensures consistency in the performance of each instrument. It has higher accuracy, is easy to maintain, has a low failure rate, and the integrated optical module is both economical and durable.

3. NIST wavelength calibration

All instruments undergo standard wavelength calibration with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) before leaving the factory, ensuring that the wavelength of each instrument is accurate and true, and the same detection results can be obtained for the analysis of the same sample. Granular standard reference samples can ensure stable and good hardware performance of the instrument by regularly calibrating the instrument with reference samples, providing traceable performance records.

The color large screen touch screen and intuitive menu make operation simple and convenient for viewing results. The user interface design strives for simplicity, intuitiveness, fast analysis, and safe use. The entire operation only requires selecting the type of grain to be analyzed, and then pouring the sample into the sampling hopper for analysis, without the need for other manual settings or changes.

The Inframatic 9500 features a built-in high-resolution detector, a sealed light source design, stable scanning grating optical components, and reliable curve calibration to ensure that each analysis yields the desired detection results.

Adopting advanced high-precision integrated optical module design, 1024 step control technology, dual beam automatic adjustment optical path system, the instrument can automatically adjust the optical path after replacing the light source lamp. The built-in mercury lamp is used as a calibration light source, and the instrument performs automatic wavelength detection every time it is turned on, with no wavelength drift during long-term use.

The long-life light source lamp has a design lifespan of over 10000 hours and is equipped with a self checking function to remind timely replacement of the light source lamp.

Built in SSD solid state drive, with low power consumption, low heat, no noise, wide operating temperature range, not only shock resistant, but also capable of storing data from countless samples.

※ Non contact sampling method, automatic sampling, simply select the sample, the instrument automatically adjusts to the appropriate transmission path, and completes the measurement fully automatically, suitable for detecting grains of various particle sizes.

Automatically divide the measured sample into 16 sub samples and measure all sub sample components in sequence to ensure accuracy in detecting uneven samples. For powdered samples, module detection is used.

The spectral software has a Chinese language interface and is easy to operate: simply select the type of grain to be analyzed and pour in the sample, without the need for manual settings and modifications.

Built in network card, supports LAN access function, can join the standard network of near-infrared quality analyzer and automatic grain collection system, control the curve used by each instrument and monitor its analysis effect in real time. There are many Inframics instruments that are networked for management.

The optical components are produced in a cured modular manner to ensure that all instruments are identical, and the model can be seamlessly transferred between instruments with identical results. The wavelength calibration uses NIST reference, and the results can be fully traced back to the corresponding standards.
