Navios flow cytometerIt has high sensitivity, high resolution, and wide dynamic range characteristics, and can perform complex multi-color analysis on clinical and clinical research samples. Navios can be configured with dual laser six color or eight color detection systems, as well as up to three laser 10 color analysis systems. The instrument can also be upgraded to meet the increasingly complex needs of clinical testing and research applications.
The innovative micro motor driven beam steering optical system can fine tune the laser position in the past and present by controlling the instrument. Navios has a collection speed of up to 25000 cells per second and a low data dropout rate, which can improve data collection efficiency, reduce sample size requirements, and thus reduce actual consumption. In addition, 20 bit digital electronic devices and 40MHz pulse sampling can provide higher sensitivity and resolution.
The sample tubes in the 32-bit turntable of the instrument are all independently mixed, which ensures the uniformity of sample mixing and avoids excessive mixing. Automatic barcode reading can verify the turntable number, loading tube position, and loading tube barcode for true positive sample identification. The Navios data file also includes cytometer settings, graphs, gates, and regions, providing complete sample analysis records.

Equipped with LIS, Beckman Coulter automated preparation system, and Data Innovations middleware, this instrument can provide a complete sample input/result output solution for clinical trials.

In the United States, Novios is used as an in vitro diagnostic device for immunophenotyping analysis using Navios tetra software and CYTOSTAT tetraChronoME reagent. All other purposes are for research purposes only.
