FBS-N9 is our company's latest nano particle size analyzer based on the principle of dynamic light scattering. It uses high-speed digital correlators and professional high-performance photomultiplier tubes as core components, with characteristics such as speed, high resolution, repeatability, and accuracy, making it the preferred product for nanoparticle particle size determination.

Main performance characteristics:

Advanced testing principles:This instrument adopts the principle of dynamic light scattering and photon correlation spectroscopy technology to determine particle size based on the velocity of Brownian motion of particles in liquid. Small particles have a fast Brownian motion speed, while large particles have a slow Brownian motion speed. When laser irradiates these particles, particles of different sizes will cause scattered light to fluctuate at different speeds. Photon correlation spectroscopy analyzes the particle size based on the fluctuation of photons in a specific direction. Therefore, this instrument has the characteristics of advanced principle and extremely high accuracy, which ensures the authenticity and effectiveness of the test results; It is the preferred instrument for measuring the particle size of nano particles.

High sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio:The detector of this instrument adopts professional grade high-performance photomultiplier tubes (PMT), which have extremely high sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio to photon signals, thus ensuring the accuracy of test results;

Superb computational capabilities:To determine the size of nanoscale particles using PCS technology, it is necessary to be able to distinguish nanosecond level signal fluctuations. The core component of this instrument is a high-speed photon correlator developed using a dedicated integrated circuit ASIC, which has extremely high resolution for recognizing 6ns and extremely high signal processing speed. It can quickly and real-time collect photon numbers and calculate related operations, laying the foundation for my testing.

Stable optical path system:The optical path system constructed using short wavelength LD pumped laser light source and fiber optic technology not only makes the photon correlation spectrum detection system small in size, but also has strong anti-interference ability, laying the foundation for the accuracy of testing.

High precision temperature control system:The precision of the sample pool temperature control system and laser temperature control system is as high as ± 0.1 ℃, ensuring that the tested sample and laser light source are in a constant temperature state throughout the entire testing process, avoiding the influence of temperature changes on non test results, and ensuring testing accuracy and repeatability;

Super functional analysis software:The inversion algorithm in the analysis software adopts the cumulative method recommended by international standards, as well as various commonly used algorithms such as Non Negative Least Squares (NNLS) and Contin. Its test results are in good consistency with internationally authoritative similar products;

Accurate and stable testing:The perfect combination of high-performance hardware and internationally standardized inversion algorithms has resulted in the accuracy and repeatability of Nano90 test results, with testing accuracy and repeatability indicators exceeding international standard requirements.
