Single cell analysis solution
Single Cello meT M Unit SU10Nano dot delivery system
Single cell targeting can be directly delivered to the nucleus or cytoplasm
Select cells for delivery when observed under a microscope.
The Zui miniaturized cell damage nano pipette is a glass pipette with a minimum outer diameter of several tens of nanometers for the tip. Automation, high speed, and high success rate. SU10 can automatically perform cell surface detection, insertion, and delivery to cells. This process takes approximately 10 seconds and has a success rate of 90%.

cell
Cell lines (HeLa, HEK293, CHO, etc.)
● Primary cell culture (liver cells, etc.)
● Stem cell lines (ES cells, etc.)
Immune cell lines (T cells, Ba/F3 cells, etc.)
Example of Injectable Substances
Cas9 protein sgRNA complex
Proteins (Cas9, GFP, etc.)
Nucleic acid (single stranded DNA, etc.)
● Fluorescent reagents
What is the maximum cell injection volume?
Expected to soar several tens of liters per second (fL) (1 fL=1x10-15 liters). The injection amount can be changed through software settings. *The injection amount may vary depending on the solute and carrier.
Is the nano straw disposable?
Yes, but one nanopipette can deliver to at least 50 cells.
*HeLa cell experiment of Yokogawa Electric Corporation.
What is the difference between SU10 and traditional transfection methods? SU10 can inject substances into designated cells. SU10 can directly inject reagents into the cytoplasm or nucleus. What is the difference between electroporation? In addition to the "difference from traditional transfection methods" mentioned above, there is no need to suspend cells during injection due to the automatic detection of cell surface.
What is the difference between microinjection and microinjection?
SU10 uses a nano pipette to reduce cell damage, as its tip size is less than 1/10 of the tip used for microinjection.
Through the automatic detection function on the cell surface, high success rates of insertion can be achieved and inserted to the expected depth of the cell.
The injection action uses an electric motor system and does not use pneumatic or hydraulic power.
