The new generation of fluorescence quantitative gene amplification instrument qTOWER3 series from Jena, Germany, is designed as an integrated instrument, using four special high-efficiency LED solid-state light sources as excitation light sources, and collecting fluorescence signals through a professional fiber scanning system to ensure excellent and stable excitation and detection of commonly used fluorescence quantitative PCR dyes on the market. Flexible detection channel configuration, easy upgrade, can achieve simultaneous detection of up to six target genes.

*High intensity and wide spectrum excitation light source: using four high-intensity and long-life LED solid-state light sources of blue, green, red, and white (RGBW) to ensure strong light intensity throughout the entire spectral detection range, improve detection sensitivity, and do not require preheating during use. The light source does not generate heat, has a long service life, and is maintenance free for life;

*High sensitivity detector: The new channel type photomultiplier tube detector (CPMT) is currently the most sensitive detector applied to quantitative PCR instruments;

*Fast scanning detection: 8-channel fiber optic scanning detection is fast, even completing a 96 hole full board scan of six channels only takes 6 seconds;

*No need for optical path correction: Scanning detection can ensure that the signal excitation and detection optical path of each hole are consistent, without the need for optical path correction, so there is no need to occupy an additional correction channel, and true six channel gene detection can be achieved. Of course, if users wish to use internal reference dyes for calibration, the same can be achieved;

*Flexible detection channel configuration: Users can flexibly choose the number of channels and the detection filter set for each channel according to their needs. There are 12 different wavelength filter sets to choose from to configure a detection system with 1-6 channels, including FRET detection combinations with filter mismatches and filter sets specifically designed for protein melting curve analysis, covering the full spectrum from blue to red light. The number of channels can be easily upgraded at any time to meet more detection needs in the future.
