Nano CTCompared to the widely used radiographic film (RT) technology today, X-ray digital imaging (DR) has strong real-time performance, fast detection speed, high detection efficiency, low X-ray radiation dose, and easy exposure conditions to control. DR can facilitate digital storage and post-processing of images, and perform real-time non-destructive testing of quality defects such as structural media discontinuity, structural morphology, and physical density differences in production workpieces online. It is widely used in non-destructive testing and evaluation in fields such as automotive, aerospace, defense industry, electronics, casting and welding, pressure vessels, etc. It plays an extremely important role in engineering quality supervision and product quality assurance.


Industrial Computer Tomography (Industrial CT)

Industrial CT is the abbreviation for industrial computer tomography technology, which can clearly, accurately, and intuitively display the internal structure, composition, material, and defect status of the detected object in the form of two-dimensional tomographic images or three-dimensional stereoscopic images under the condition of no damage to the detected object. It is based on X-ray scanning and digital projection sequences collected by detectors to reconstruct the distribution mapping image of the radiation attenuation coefficient of the cross-section of the tested specimen within the scanning area. It can detect, evaluate, and measure the physical properties such as structure, density, and characteristic dimensions of the tested specimen. Industrial CT, as a non-destructive non-contact testing technology, is an important testing method for non-destructive testing, evaluation, and quality analysis of key components such as automotive parts, aerospace products, electronic components, and mechanical products.
