Testing principle:

The thermal conductivity tester is an analytical instrument used to measure the thermal conductivity of materials. Its testing principle is the transient plane heat source method based on the one-dimensional non steady state thermal conductivity principle of a plane: in an infinite medium, the plane heat source is subjected to an instantaneous heating pulse in the initial thermal equilibrium state, and a dynamic temperature field is generated inside the medium. Using the temperature data generated by the thermal conduction process, a function curve is fitted to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient of the sample. During testing, a constant direct current is applied to the heat source, causing a temperature rise on the surface of the heat source and an increase in resistance, resulting in an imbalance of the bridge testing system and a potential change. Obtain the function of temperature increase over time based on the variation of electrical parameters.


Test scope:

DZDR-ASThe thermal conductivity tester has a wide measuring range, and has no special requirements for the shape of the measured materials. It only needs a smooth and flat surface, including bulk solids, metals, liquids, powders, colloids, pastes, films, insulation materials, alloys, ores, polymers and foam materials.
