This cable is used to connect mobile devices with high mechanical loads, especially suitable for mining applications such as coal mining machines, and can also be guided by pulleys (cables)
Used as a vehicle or as a drum cable (LHD), it can withstand extreme bending forces and low tensile strength.
Conductor: Soft multi strand tinned copper conductor.
Insulation: Heat resistant 3GI3 rubber based on EPR.
Outer conductor layer: an easily peelable outer semiconducting layer.
Monitoring core: Expandable and compressible copper and steel braided with EPR rubber insulation.
Monitoring conductor: Tin plated copper wire is spiral wound around the monitoring core, and the outer layer is wrapped with a semi conductive tape.
Inner sheath: Type GM1 rubber.
Armored/Grounding Conductor: Concentric grounding conductor with copper wire and steel wire spiral wound, fiberglass tape, embedded in outer sheath.
Outer sheath: Type 5GM5 rubber, wear-resistant, tear resistant, oil resistant, flame retardant.
