UPS battery installation:

Firstly, it is necessary to check whether the battery model, quantity, and connecting wires match the model used. If there are any deviations, please contact our company as soon as possible.

2. For metal tools such as torque wrenches and wrenches, please use plastic tape for edge treatment before use to prevent situations such as short circuits, battery damage, and fire and explosion.

3. When connecting, please pay attention to the correct polarity, tighten the bolts to ensure good contact, but do not apply too much force to avoid damaging the terminals and causing leakage.

4. It is not allowed to install batteries of different manufacturers, capacities, and performances together for use. New and old batteries cannot be mixed; Mixing different batches of batteries should be limited to one month; Before use, it is necessary to check the open circuit voltage of the battery. If the voltage of a 12V battery is lower than 12.40V, a 6V battery is lower than 6.20V, or a 2V battery is lower than 2.0V, the battery should be charged first. The charging voltage should refer to the balanced charging method.

Before installing the end connectors and conducting the battery, the total voltage of the battery system and the connection of the positive and negative electrodes should be checked to ensure correct installation.

6. Protect the battery from strong vibrations or impacts.

When installing on the device, the battery should be kept away from heat sources (such as transformers), and should be placed upright as low as possible. It is recommended to leave ventilation holes to maintain sufficient ventilation.

8. Batteries may produce flammable gases, and should be installed away from devices that can generate sparks (such as switches and fuses).
