The device adopts a 32-bit data bus PowerPC industrial processor, embedded LINUX operating system, with up to 32M of fast DRAM, 32M of Flash memory, 1 Ethernet interface, and 5 RS232/485 serial ports The feature rich tool software can complete system configuration, programming configuration, and HJ212-2017 protocol settings.

Instrument working principle:

The NIPm-500 data acquisition and transmission instrument collects data from enterprise production and pollution control equipment through analog channels, switch channels, RS232 or RS485 digital channels, and transmits the data and status of the collected on-site monitoring instruments to the monitoring center through wired and wireless transmission networks. At the same time, it can respond to control commands sent by the monitoring center server through the transmission network.
