NGW-L series mixer

The NGW series mixer is one of the three derivative series of NGW planetary gear reducers. This series of products is mainly suitable for metallurgy, lifting and transportation, lightweight and general mechanical equipment.
     
1、 Applicable conditions:
The maximum speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500r/min, and the circumferential speed of the gear shall not exceed 15m/s
Working environment temperature: -40 ℃ -+45 ℃
Can be used for both forward and reverse operation.

(1) Compact structure: light weight, small size, easy installation
(2) High transmission efficiency: According to experimental measurements:
Single stage efficiency: η=0.97-0.98
Dual stage efficiency: η=0.94-0.96

(3) Large power range: Its transmission power can reach 1.37-500 kilowatts
(4) Large transmission ratio: single-stage speed ratio: i=4-10
Dual speed ratio: i=25-100
(5) Smooth operation and low noise: Planetary transmission has the characteristic of torque branching, and compared with gear transmission with fixed axis, the circumferential speed is also reduced. To ensure a balanced distribution of loads among the planetary gears. The use of a reliable floating mechanism can reduce vibration and noise.
(6) Long lifespan: The main components are made of high-quality alloy steel through quenching, tempering, or nitriding treatment. Greatly improved mechanical performance and wear resistance, therefore, under normal and reasonable use conditions, it has the characteristics of long service life and high reliability.
(7) Leak proof: The lubricating oil inside the reducer body does not leak.
