The N8330 series is a low-power, multi-channel, ultra high precision programmable single cell battery voltage simulator. It is also an ultra high precision multi-channel DC power supply, with a voltage accuracy of up to one in 60000. The single machine has up to 24 channels, and each channel is isolated from each other, making it convenient for multi-channel serial use. The N8330 series adopts a standard 19 inch 2U chassis, which can accommodate up to 24CH per unit. The channels are isolated from each other, and one device can test 24 workstations simultaneously, greatly reducing the amount of equipment used by users during testing and improving testing efficiency.

Ultra high voltage accuracy, meeting chip level testing requirements

In BMS chip level testing, BMS monitors the voltage of a single battery cell and needs to simulate the voltage accuracy of the battery cell to reach the μ V level. The N8330 series battery simulator has a basic voltage accuracy of 0.1mV and a voltage resolution of 10 μ V. It has been widely used in chip level testing requirements in the technical industry.

Support serial connection between channels to simulate the working state of battery packs

When multiple strings of battery cells are required, multiple battery simulators can be used in series with multiple channels. Users can also remotely control and perform other automatic testing applications through the Ethernet standard interface. Multi channel batch operation function, each channel can also display data and curve charts separately, and provide data analysis and reporting functions.

Ultra fast transient response without overshoot, comparable to real batteries

The advantage of low output noise truly presents the ripple free DC characteristics of battery cells. When the load dynamically changes, it can quickly provide stable DC output feedback, while reducing the damage to the test object caused by the surge voltage generated by load changes. For non static product testing applications, it can supply stable DC voltage in a timely manner.
N8330 series battery cell simulator, with fast programming response speed and load change capability of less than 3ms, simulates various real load current waveforms.

Four wire connection method eliminates the resistance of remote measurement leads

In order to ensure accurate voltage supply to the tested equipment, the N8330 series products adopt a four wire connection method, where two wires are used for output voltage and the other two ends directly measure the voltage of the tested equipment. The measurement line at the S E N S E end can eliminate the voltage drop caused by lead resistance between the power supply and DUT.
