Wide range output design, one can be used as multiple devicesThe N38300 series DC power supply adopts a wide range design, and a single power supply can output a wider range of voltage and current at rated output power, meeting the testing application scenarios of engineers for various voltage/current levels of products, greatly reducing the power supply cost and space occupation in laboratories or automated testing systems. Taking one of the models N38306-300-75 as an example, the power output power is 6000W, and the output voltage and current reach 300V and 75A respectively, making the N38300 more widely applicable than traditional power sources.
CC&CV Priority FunctionThe N38300 series has the function of setting voltage loop feedback circuit priority or current loop feedback circuit priority, which enables the N38300 to test the working mode adopted according to the characteristics of the tested object, thereby better protecting the tested object.
As shown in Figure 1, when the tested component needs to reduce voltage overshoot during testing, such as when supplying power to a low-voltage processor or FPGA core, voltage priority mode should be used to obtain a fast and smooth rising voltage.
As shown in Figure 2, when the tested component needs to reduce current overshoot during testing, or when the tested component has low impedance such as in battery charging scenarios, current priority mode should be used to obtain a fast and smooth rising current.
Simulation of internal resistance of batteryThe N38300 series can set voltage values and simulate internal resistance values. Based on the corresponding output current value, the output voltage decreases with the set resistance value, and the internal resistance of secondary batteries, fuel cells, supercapacitors, etc. can be easily simulated.
Master slave mode design makes power expansion more convenientThe N38300 can be used independently or in parallel as a master and slave, allowing for greater flexibility in product usage. The N38300 series has a built-in master-slave mode, with an expandable power of up to 1.8MW. It adopts a current sharing design function to ensure that each module evenly distributes the load and ensures consistency in product use.
