Automotive waveform simulation function, used for electrical performance testing of automotive electronic productsWith the increasing application of electronic devices in automobiles year by year, car manufacturers have formulated relevant testing specifications, focusing on testing the anti-interference ability of electronic devices under power transient changes in certain specific scenarios. Therefore, sufficient protective measures must be reserved in the design of automotive electronic hardware to suppress the impact of these power supply situations.
The N36300 series can be equipped with automotive waveform simulation function as standard, which can simulate waveforms during car startup, short-term voltage drop waveform, load shedding waveform, car voltage reset test waveform, gradual rise and fall waveform, jump start, etc. It meets various standards such as ISO16750-2 and LV124 and is used for electrical performance testing of automotive electronic products.
CC&CV priority selection, optional constant current source/constant voltage source outputThe N36300 series has the function of setting voltage loop feedback circuit priority or current loop feedback circuit priority, which enables the N36300 to test the working mode adopted according to the characteristics of the tested object, thereby better protecting the tested object.
As shown in Figure 1, when the tested component needs to reduce voltage overshoot during testing, such as when supplying power to a low-voltage processor or FPGA core, voltage priority mode should be used to obtain a fast and smooth rising voltage.
As shown in Figure 2, when the tested component needs to reduce current overshoot during testing, or when the tested component has low impedance such as in battery charging scenarios, current priority mode should be used to obtain a fast and smooth rising current.
Sequence mode, easy to edit test sequencesThe N36300 power supply provides the function of outputting complex waveforms, which can store 10 sequence files and up to 1000 test steps. It can be used for long-term verification of electronic products, testing of arbitrary voltage and current waveforms, etc.
Sequence editing allows users to set sequence files, total steps, run times, link files, step numbers, set voltage, set current, and run time.
