The N36200 series DC power supply adopts a systematic heat dissipation design, optimizing device selection, main circuit topology, and system heat dissipation. It integrates 2500W power output in a 1U half width chassis and adopts a wide range output design, with a voltage of up to 20V and a current of up to 275A. The N36200 series, with its small size and high power density design, meets customers' testing application scenarios for various voltage/current specifications, greatly reducing power costs and space occupation in laboratories or automated testing systems.
Low output ripple noiseRipple is one of the core indicators of DC power supply. NGI has accumulated years of experience in power product research and development. Through optimizing device selection and multi-phase interleaved parallel technology, it can ensure that the N36200 low-voltage high current series has a ripple of less than 0.8Arms when outputting 1100A high current, effectively ensuring output signal quality.
CC&CV priority selection, optional constant current source/constant voltage source outputAs shown in Figure 1, when the tested component needs to reduce voltage overshoot during testing, such as when supplying power to a low-voltage processor or FPGA core, voltage priority mode should be used to obtain a fast and smooth rising voltage.
As shown in Figure 2, when the tested component needs to reduce current overshoot during testing, or when the tested component has low impedance such as in battery charging scenarios, current priority mode should be used to obtain a fast and smooth rising current.
