N-TGDThe high-efficiency steel wire rope core tape bucket elevator adopts high-strength specialized steel wire rope core tape as the traction component, overcoming the dynamic load generated by the drive when the chain and sprocket mesh. It is lighter and smoother than chain lifting, and can achieve higher productivity at a faster operating speed. Under the same production conditions, the tape can reduce the material line load and traction component line load, thereby reducing the size and weight of the whole machine due to its high working speed and light weight. By using high-strength steel wire rope core tape, the lifting height and conveying capacity of the elevator are greatly increased. The driving components are equipped with a slow maintenance motor and a backstop. The middle part adopts a dual channel structure, and the lower part adopts automatic tensioning. The tail roller is equipped with a special structure to ensure automatic alignment of the tape. The whole machine is equipped with safety protection devices such as deviation alarm, speed monitoring, and material level alarm to achieve automatic monitoring of equipment operation conditions.
