KHC-4000 seriesMulti link fully automatic hydraulic inlay machineIt is a hydraulic water-cooled automatic sample embedding device, and the embedding process is controlled by a microcontroller program, which realizes automatic operation of heating, pressurization, pressure holding, cooling, pressure relief and other embedding processes, without the need for operators to be on duty, and automatically completes sample embedding. The newly designed embedded heating and cooling structure reduces the sample embedding time to 6 minutes, greatly improving work efficiency.

1. This machine adopts a multi panel embedding mode. In addition to one embedding unit as standard, the host can be expanded to connect 1-3 additional embedding units for fast embedding and low energy consumption.

2. The electric hydraulic system accurately controls the pressure, with an adjustment range of 0-10Mpa, to ensure that brittle specimens are not easily crushed.

3. The sliding closure system enables one handed operation and effectively prevents the risk of personnel injury caused by the upper cover popping out when removing the sample.
