The dew point meter is the third generation product developed by our company, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight, no noise, and easy operation compared to previous generations. Not only suitable for laboratory testing of dew points in building insulated glass, but also for on-site testing.

According to the GB/T11944-2012 standard, high-power semiconductor refrigeration components are used to lower the copper cold probe to below -60 ℃ in a short period of time, and high-precision instruments are used to automatically control the temperature and detection time.

4、 The composition structure of the system:

1. Dew point meter test box:

Composed of specialized intelligent instruments, temperature sensors, corresponding execution components, and enclosures. It has functions such as automatic temperature control and automatic timing.

5、 Equipment usage instructions:

1. Place the device in a dry and ventilated area, with an ambient temperature of 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of ≤ 85RH.

2. After placing the dew point meter steadily, check whether the appearance, instrument and other components are damaged

3. First, connect the power supply to the test box, and then insert the plug into a 220V socket with good grounding. Turn on the power switch on the panel and check if the parameters displayed on the test temperature, cooling water temperature, and timer are normal.

4. Apply a layer of ethanol or acetone on the surface of the dew point meter's cold probe, and then quickly place the test piece horizontally on the dew point meter probe. If the specimen is large, the measuring head can be placed on the specimen.

5. Turn on the power switch on the front panel and put the dew point meter into testing mode.

7. The instrument values have been set when leaving the factory. Do not change any other parameter settings except for the timing parameters that need to be adjusted according to the needs of the test piece!

6、 Dew Point Meter Operation Guide:

1. Turn on the power switch.

2. Press the 'Start' button and observe the 'Cooling Temperature'.

3. When the "cooling temperature" reaches below -10 degrees, activate the "pre cooling" button.

4. When the "pre cooling temperature" is reached, the specimen can be placed.

5. Place the test piece and press the "timer" button. After the timer is up, remove the test piece and observe it.

6. The temperature control meter values have been set at the factory, please do not change the parameter settings arbitrarily!

7. After all the tests are completed,. The 'pre cooling' button must be turned off first, and after a 5-minute interval, the 'start' and 'switch' buttons must be turned off.
