Main features

*Twisting torque test: Screw the test bolt into the high lock nut locking position, then install it on the test, set the relevant parameters, and start the test with the testing machine. Twist the high lock nut driving part until the test is completed. Read the maximum torque when twisting the high lock nut driving part during the test as the twisting torque.
*Pre tightening force test: When the high lock nut is broken, the maximum force value displayed on the axial force channel of the testing machine is the pre tightening force of the high lock nut.
*Loosening force test: After testing the pre tightening force, the axial load is removed by not rotating the nut, and then the nut is clamped. The maximum torque required to rotate the nut is the loosening torque of the high lock nut.
