The structure of the muffle furnace (high-temperature furnace) is made of steel plates for the high-temperature furnace shell, and the furnace is made of refractory materials. Build lightweight insulation bricks between the furnace and the furnace shell, and fill them with insulation fibers. The heating element adopts PcCr27AL7Mo2 high-temperature alloy wire or (silicon carbon rod) distributed on both sides of the furnace. For operational safety, a limit switch can be installed on the furnace shell. When the furnace door is opened, the high-temperature furnace automatically loses power; When the furnace door is closed, the high-temperature furnace is powered on for heating.

The muffle furnace (high-temperature furnace) is a universal equipment in the laboratory, which can provide higher operating temperatures than ordinary box shaped electric furnaces. It can be used for sintering, heating, and heat treatment in coal, chemical, building materials, power, metallurgy, geological exploration, and scientific research units.
